    Hi, Gail,
    Your meeting was great!
    Several things [were helpful]:

    1. The quality and content of the speaker – he [Andy Friedman] was really good.

    2. The attendees – their variety, professionalism, support, and helpfulness.

    3. Your organization of the meeting and keeping it on track.

If you are looking for a coach who can give you more than just the typical skills to find employment, look no more.

Gail Sussman–Miller, of Inspired Choice, has a unique and bold approach that gets one out of their comfort zone so they can soar. Her clients are more empowered throughout their search. As a former client I have gone from little self-esteem and little confidence to forging ahead in a “take charge manner.”

Remember none of job search is personal. There are more people than jobs and you will eventually get an offer. However, it may not be when you want or how you want. It is important that you stay focused, positive and network with others for the companies or jobs you want to work for.

Gail helps you deal with the present and not constantly revisiting the past approaches. Keep the rear view mirror right where it belongs and forge ahead with your search in a healthy and more confident manner.

Gail knows how to assist you with the tools you need to increase the likelihood of your phone ringing, being sought after on LinkedIn and receiving an interview. She carefully builds your self-esteem so you have more energy and assertiveness to deal with the challenges of securing desirable employment.

It was a great [ExecuNet] session, Gail. I was VERY impressed and am looking forward to the next one that I can attend, which will be Chicago in three weeks. Thanks again for a terrific session last Wednesday night

I liked that it was structured not only time wise, but as to what was expected of the attendees both beforehand and at the meeting itself. It made the meeting productive and worth the time and effort to attend. I believe it also fostered interaction among the attendees. The detail to attention was also noted in your e-mails beforehand and was also helpful in setting the stage.

I participate in 4 other forums and the difference in my mind with Chicago ExecuNet is in the active facilitation of the meeting and the way you engage the group in such a casual and comfortable way yet still retain control! Everyone had a chance to participate on multiple occasions and the level of participation was surprising compared to what I am used to seeing.

I also think everyone learned something new from the meeting and your tips were really valuable. I appreciate the structure in the intros and the specific call to action for each person. Your facilitation forced everyone to be concise and succinct and highlight their most critical points. I know I appreciated that and I believe everyone else in the room did as well. Networking is tough at times and you made it easy for everyone last night. I know I left with a lighter and more positive feeling than when I arrived!

My only regret is not engaging in this group 2 months ago!

I want to thank you very much for all your and ExecuNet's help! All of the sessions I attended in Oak Brook were well run, had interesting speakers and quality participants I enjoyed networking with. And I could always feel and appreciate your passion and interest!
