This program is customized to match your needs for frequency and structure over a 3-4 month period. This is a starter program that takes you through 5 key phases tailored to your needs. Reduce your search time, stay on track with a mission-driven plan, create clear marketing messages, and initiate more effective consultative conversations in all your networking, asking for introductions and interviewing activity. You will only work on the skills and phases you need.
Five-Phased Approach to Support Your Search. Using a 4-step process, Gail helps you get really clear about what you truly want, break through “yes, but” obstacle thinking to identify options, make an inspired choice, and take action. Gail believes thought is the basis for all results. Your thoughts influence your feelings and emotions, which impacts the choices you make, actions you take and your outcomes.
